Client Dashboard

On the client dashboard, you can see their results (if available), and manage client and dialogue information.

Depending on the status of the latest dialogue and whether (previous) results are available or not,  you will see one of four screens/messages. You can always edit your client’s information and manage their dialogues, to see how, continue to the “Client Dashboard” section.
 
1. No results available, and the client was not invited to a dialogue yet:
 
 
 
Click the “New Dialogue” button to create the first dialogue for the client. For more details, refer to Creating Dialogues.
 
2. No results available, but client was invited to a dialogue:

Click the “Send reminder” button to remind your client to complete their dialogue. For more details, refer to Reminding Client of their Dialogues.
 
3. Results available, but the client was invited to a new dialogue they have not completed yet
 
 
If you want to remind the client to complete their dialogue, click “Send reminder”. For more details, see also Reminding Client of their Dialogues.  If you want to view their previous results, click “View previous results”.
 
4. Results available, and no ongoing dialogue
 
You see the result dashboard of your client. Continue below.
 
 

Client dashboard

On the client dashboard you can

  1. View the various dashboard sections by using the navigation bar on the left
  2. Download the client report, a 7-page report intended to be handed to your client
  3. Download the advisory tips – a report that provides you with the same information that is available in the Advisory Tips section on the dashboard in printed form
  4. Manage client details and dialogues

Options 1-3 are only available if the client has results, option 4 is always available.

Manage client and dialogue information

To manage client information and their dialogues, click the green “Manage Client and Dialogues” button in the top right.

In the sidebar you can:

  1. View and change the client’s details. To edit the details, click the green “Edit” button.

  2. View and manage client’s dialogues

  3. Delete the client. Click on the “Delete” button.   

Attention: Deleting a client deletes all dialogues and results of the client permanently. It is not possible to restore this information after deletion.
 

Managinge client dialogues

Here you can:

  1. Create a new dialogue for your client. For details, see:
    “Creating Dialogues” .

  2. View the client’s dialogues. Depending on the status of the dialogue, different actions are possible:

    • Done: The client has completed the dialogue. 
 
    • Not opened yet: A dialogue has been created for the client. An invitation to the dialogue may or may not have been sent to the client. In any case, the dialogue has not yet been opened and started by the client. The settings button  offers you access to the Dialogue Management page. Here you can either Remind Clients to Complete a Dialogue, or delete the dialogue. 
 
    • Ongoing: The client has already started the dialogue, but it has not yet been completed. The settings button  offers you access to the Dialogue Management page. Here you can either Remind Clients to Complete a Dialogue, or delete the dialogue.
