Client Dashboard
On the client dashboard, you can see their results (if available), and manage client and dialogue information.
Client dashboard
On the client dashboard you can
- View the various dashboard sections by using the navigation bar on the left
- Download the client report, a 7-page report intended to be handed to your client
- Download the advisory tips – a report that provides you with the same information that is available in the Advisory Tips section on the dashboard in printed form
- Manage client details and dialogues
Options 1-3 are only available if the client has results, option 4 is always available.
Manage client and dialogue information
To manage client information and their dialogues, click the green “Manage Client and Dialogues” button in the top right.
In the sidebar you can:

View and change the client’s details. To edit the details, click the green “Edit” button.

View and manage client’s dialogues

Delete the client. Click on the “Delete” button.
Attention: Deleting a client deletes all dialogues and results of the client permanently. It is not possible to restore this information after deletion.
Managinge client dialogues
Here you can:

Create a new dialogue for your client. For details, see:
“Creating Dialogues” . -
View the client’s dialogues. Depending on the status of the dialogue, different actions are possible:
- Done: The client has completed the dialogue.

- Not opened yet: A dialogue has been created for the client. An invitation to the dialogue may or may not have been sent to the client. In any case, the dialogue has not yet been opened and started by the client. The settings button offers you access to the Dialogue Management page. Here you can either Remind Clients to Complete a Dialogue, or delete the dialogue.

Ongoing: The client has already started the dialogue, but it has not yet been completed. The settings button offers you access to the Dialogue Management page. Here you can either Remind Clients to Complete a Dialogue, or delete the dialogue.
