Setting up your account
Step 1: Click the link in your invitation email
Your invitation email includes a link to complete your account setup.
Clicking the link will open the BQ Portal in your browser, where you’ll be prompted to set a new password.
Step 2: Set your password
Choose any password. The system will automatically assess its strength, displaying more bars for stronger passwords.
BQ requires your password to be at least 8 characters long and reach 4 strength bars. For optimal security, we recommend using the strongest password possible.
To confirm, re-enter your password in the “Repeat Password” field.
Click the “Confirm” button.
Step 3: Log in
Click the “Back to Login” button to return to the login page and sign in.
On the BQ login page:
(1) Enter the email address where you received the invitation.
(2) Enter your chosen password.
(3) Click the “Login“ button.
Your account is now set up, and you will be taken to the BQ Portal home screen.
