Remind Participants of their Interactions
Reminding participants to complete their interactions is simple:
- Sie können automatische weekly reminders. The system will send reminders for up to two months or until the participant completes the interaction.
- Alternativ können Sie Kunden manuell remind participants to complete an unfinished interaction (see below).
Schritt 1: Melden Sie sich im BQ-Portal an
Falls Sie noch nicht eingeloggt sind, klicken Sie hier um sich mit Ihren Zugangsdaten anzumelden.
Step 2: Select a participant
Select a participant from the participant list.
To find a specific participant, enter their first and/or last name in the search box at the top left.
To select a participant, click on the row displaying the participant’s name.
Sie werden zu einer Vorschau des Dashboards weitergeleitet.
Step 3: Select how to remind the participant
Am Dashboard, klicken Sie auf den "Erinnerung senden" Button.
On the interaction management page, you have several options to remind your participant.
Use any of the three green buttons to re-send the interaction invitation. For more details, refer to the explanations next to each button.
Alternativ können Sie die Einstellungen für automatische Erinnerungen anpassen, indem Sie auf „Automatische Erinnerungen einstellen“ klicken.
Next, enable the Automatic Interaction Reminder by switching it from OFF to ON. Keep in mind that reminders are only sent for up to two months after the interaction is created.
