Individual Participant Screen
On the individual participant screen, you can:
Manage the participant’s account
Manage the participant’s interactions
View individual results
1. Manage Participant Account
Here, you can:
See the participant’s name and e-mail address.
Click the green Edit Client button to edit the participant’s name and e-mail address.
Click the green Delete Client button to delete the participant. Warning: this will permanently delete this participant and all associated interactions. It is impossible to restore a deleted participant’s information.
2. Manage Participant Interactions
Here, you can:
Create a new interaction for the participant (if possible – for details, please see Invite participants to an interaction.)
See the participant’s interactions.
Depending on the status of an interaction, different actions are possible:Not opened yet: The participant has been sent an interaction invitation but has not yet opened the interaction.
Läuft: The participant has opened, but not yet completed the interaction.
You can use the context menu in both cases to either remind the participant to complete the interaction (for further information, see Remind participants), or to delete that interaction.
Completed: The participant has completed this interaction.
3. View Results
If the participant has completed at least one interaction, you can:
Look at their dashboard
Generate their Performance Coach Report
